Purpose: Illustrate how the resistivity of a wire changes with length and gauge.

Setup:
The wire setup contains two wires with same length but different wire gauges. Connect the power supply through different lengths of each wire and watch the current. In the thinner wire there is a glow limit mark on it. If you place your power leads across it, the wire starts to glow. This explains how resistivity changes with length(l) and cross sectional area(A).
